Please read these conditions carefully before using the Dress Fresh website. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not use the website.

  3. Access to www.dressfresh.co.uk
    We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the website may be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
  4. Website usage
    You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Dress Fresh home page as long as the link does not portray Dress Fresh or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. This website, the Dress Fresh logos or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
  5. Your conduct
    You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must only use the website for lawful purposes. You must not use the website for any of the following:
    • for fraudulent purposes, or any other unlawful activity;
    • to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or 'spam'.
  6. Order process
    We strive to ensure that all products, prices and services are accurately represented on the website. There may be slight variations in the colour between products listed on the website and the items that you receive, as colours vary on different computers. Dress Fresh will provide products of comparable or higher quality at all times. Once you place an order with Dress Fresh, a confirmation email will be sent to you (provided the email you entered was correct). The acceptance of the order, and thus the purchase contract, by Dress Fresh is only made on dispatch of the order. All risk in the products we supply to you, in particular the risk of any loss or damage, shall pass to you on receipt of the products. Ownership of the products shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full for the aforementioned products. No purchase contract will be made if the order is cancelled or if we notify you that we do not accept the order. We may not be able to accept an order due to the following:
    • If we do not have your chosen products in stock;
    • Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
    • If there has been a pricing or product description error.
    We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue you with a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  7. Payment
    Payment is made through PayPal, via their PayPal Merchant service for businesses. Payment can be made via credit or debit card or by using a new or existing PayPal personal account. By paying for the product and/or service through PayPal, you agree to their terms and conditions in addition to those detailed here. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown on the website, but very occasionally an error may occur. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error. We take reasonable care to ensure that your payment with PayPal completes and your payment details are kept confidential. However, we cannot be held liable for interception of these details and use by third parties where we are not at fault.
  8. Delivery
    We only deliver to addresses within the UK. As detailed on our website, delivery will be made to your university for you to collect on one of the advertised 'move in days'. You will be informed as to where to collect your pack via email prior to your arrival. We will be based on the university premises to give you your prepaid pack. If you do not collect your pack we will attempt to leave the pack at your university with the porter or services desk of your hall or college. If this is not possible, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange re-delivery. We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
  9. Prices and sales tax
    All prices shown on the website include sales tax at the prevailing rate if applicable. The prices of goods shipped from the UK include VAT at the prevailing rate (Currently 20%).
  10. Returns and refunds
    We aim to provide you with products that are in perfect condition. However, products may sometimes be faulty or damaged. If this is the case, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible via the contact page on our website. We endeavour to respond to your query within 14 days, but will usually respond within three. We aim to resolve your problem within 28 days. It is our policy to offer either a replacement or a refund, but not both. If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the relevant amount back onto the debit or credit card which you paid with, or into your PayPal account. We may instead offer a replacement of the faulty product, sent free of charge. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered if the fault has resulted because of your own actions, such as product misuse. You may return any purchase made via the website to us subject to the following:
    • Items must be returned unused, with all original packing within seven working days of purchase
    • Items must be in a saleable condition
    • Items such as face paint must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place where tamper seals are provided
    If these criteria are met, you will be issued with a refund for the product. Before returning anything you must contact us via our contact page on the website and we will give you a goods return number. This number must be included with the returned items. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us and we do not refund delivery costs incurred in the process. We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
  11. General
    These terms and conditions make up the entire agreement in respect of the use of this website and the products and services offered via this website. These terms and conditions apply to you and Dress Fresh and no other party. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these terms and conditions. If any of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms which remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term. We may amend these terms from time to time without notice to you. Any amends will be posted on the website and will supersede any terms and conditions previously published by us. Dress Fresh disclaims all representations and warranties that the content or information on this website is accurate, complete, and up to date or does not infringe the rights of any third party. These terms and conditions will be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
